Sound Baths
A sound bath is a meditative experience that uses healing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, percussion, and chimes to alter your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. The frequencies of the various sounds affect our chakras and bring our minds into a theta state. In this dream-like state, our senses are withdrawn from external influences and are focused inwards. Frequencies used in a sound bath can also break up and disperse energy blockages that may be causing pain or emotional distress.
Pilates
Pilates is a series exercises that bring balance to the body through strength, stability, and flexibility with deep and conscious breathing (mind-body connection). The technique cultivates awareness to support everyday movements.
Yoga is a combination of practices that connects the body, breath, mind, energy, and emotions to create harmony by using physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga means “union”, as in a union of an individual spirit with the universal spirit of God. Yoga as a discipline means to engage, participate, connect, and get involved.
